01Our Leather
As leather artisans, we select the finest leathers for our entire product; our finished leather is of highest quality with a small, tight and fine grain, which makes leather look and feel great. All chemicals that we purchase and use are certified and supplied by major brands of chemicals companies from across the globe.

We take the greatest care to source exceptional materials, which is perhaps the finest. We emphasis upon quality, which starts from raw materials from selected markets to high grade chemicals from carefully chosen manufacturers, every stage of processing is carefully controlled and the production is monitored by our experienced team. Armaan Inc has been delivering to the exacting standards, as proven by our clients of Top brands, apart from that we maintain as per German standard- SGS and CLRI. Our Leather is one of the finest finish Leathers available in the market and is used in different parts of the world.
03Our Tanning
We have upgraded our facility with state of the art automated equipment that enables us to build high quality leathers. Our entire product is based on the new concepts with up dated process and development. Whether it uses minerals or organic agents, is remarkably efficient and environmentally friendly. Our leather are produced by tanning with trivalent chromium salts, an industry standard method for the manufacturing. We are capable of producing three million sq. ft. per annum and we are spread across 2.5 Acre.
03 · Our Process
From raw skin to finished leather
Every skin passes through a controlled sequence of stages at our tannery, each one monitored by our experienced team.
Selection
Raw sheep and goat skins are sourced from selected markets and graded before processing begins.
Beamhouse
Soaking, liming and fleshing clean and open up each skin so it takes the tan evenly.
Chrome tanning
Skins are tanned with trivalent chromium salts, the industry standard for soft, durable and stable leather.
Retanning & dyeing
Retanning, dyeing and fatliquoring set the character, colour and handle for each article.
Finishing
Automated finishing lines build the surface, shine and feel to each client’s specification.
Inspection
Every lot is checked for grain, colour and thickness before it is measured, packed and shipped.
